Making music with the alphorn is something for experts. The alphorn has no slides, keys or valves. Accordingly, it takes a lot of practice to bring out melodies from the natural horn, which is up to 3.9 metres long.

However, the alphorn blowers on the Schynige Platte manage this perfectly. Our guests can convince themselves of this every day at a free concert.

Afterwards, you may pose with the instrument in front of the imposing mountain backdrop as if you were the professionals.
